The Loss Prevention Group, Inc. (LPG) is a Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI certified live scan and ink fingerprint service provider for licensure, certification and/or employment purposes. LPG's fingerprint technicians are certified by the DOJ and have fingerprinted over 15,500 applicants since 2007! LPG provides in office and mobile services.

What to Bring

For live scan service, a "Request for Live Scan Services" form and a valid photo identification is required. The Request for Live Scan Service form can be obtained from the agency/organization requiring the background check. LPG does not provide any live scan forms. The Service Fee is $20 per live scan. There may also be a criminal history processing fee collected for the DOJ and FBI.

For ink fingerprinting service, applicants must bring the ink card(s) if they were provided by the requesting agency/organization. If ink cards were not provided, LPG stocks the standard FBI (FD-258) ink cards and will provide them by request at no extra cost. The Fingerprint Rolling Fee is $20 per ink rolled card.

LPG accepts cash, debit cards, credit cards, and money orders. Business checks are also accepted if pre-approved by LPG. Personal checks are not accepted.
